Wonderful stay close to everything

The reception staff was very good (alejandro was excellent!). He provided all the information we needed about the metro. He made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Underground parking was available, a definite bonus.
The noise from other rooms was audible, impacting sleep. The hotel insulation is poor, which did not allow us to rest well during the night.

The room had plenty of space for luggage. the staff was friendly! the hotel is close to a metro station and bus stops. This is useful because city attractions are far by walking. quite a few supermarkets are nearby.
i could hear noise from other rooms. the soundproofing is bad and didn't allow us to rest during the night. the room was small, and the walls had big cracks. the windows overlooked flats.
